Together, we will gently explore the inner word you hold and release what no longer serves you through somatic awareness, self connection, movement and nervous system expression. We build your capacity to move through life with more confidence and ease.

Week 3: Building resource toolkits, Discovering the pain/fear cycle
Week 4: Coping skills vs Regulating resources and how to slowly replace our coping.
Week 5: Reparenting and learning the language of the body
Week 6: Discovering how to assess our needs and increase clarity, trust and compassion with parts work
Week 7: How to get unstuck and unfrozen: stepping towards the things you want to do (big or small)
Week 8: Anger/shame/grief/anxiety release techniques using somatic movement and bodywork
Week 9: Inner child work
Week 10: Building and setting boundaries for yourself and others
Week 11: Advanced parts work for difficult emotions
