Healing Anxiety, PTSD & Pain
If you've been struggling with symptoms like chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, burnout, chronic stress, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, health anxiety, IBS, brain fog, insomnia, or feeling stuck in survival mode, you're not alone. My approach combines somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, pain reprocessing techniques, parts work, movement, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to help you feel safer in your body and more empowered in your life. Together, we'll work to understand and unwind patterns of fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and shutdown that may be contributing to symptoms, emotional distress, or chronic tension.
